Coping with Finals Stress

Finals are coming up, and it can definitely feel overwhelming. But keeping things simple really helps. Try studying in small chunks instead of cramming, and focus on understanding the key ideas rather than everything at once.

Make sure you take care of yourself too. Getting enough sleep, eating well, and taking short breaks can actually help you study better. If you start feeling stressed, step away for a bit and reset.

Most importantly, keep perspective. Finals are important, but they’re not everything. Just focus on doing your best, one step at a time.
