1. Listen to music. Listen to classical music to help slow your pulse and heart rate and reduce levels of stress hormones.


2. Connect with friends.


3. Get enough sleep.


4. Maintain physical exercise and good nutrition.


5. Laugh and make time for fun.


6. Learn to say no and don't overcommit.


7. Limit screen time and take breaks to avoid mental fatifue and stress from constant stimulation.
