9/3/2026 - Children’s Museum Joy Park 

Check out Children’s Museum’s Joy Park! An outdoor adventure area where kids can ride a zipline, navigate the river, dig in the sand, become an explorer, and plan their big adventure! Children’s Hospital Colorado will have a booth at Joy Park where volunteers will play games, hand out giveaways and interact with families at the museum.

9/6/2026 - Denver Broncos FIT 7K Run  

On your mark, get set, GO BRONCOS! All members of Broncos Country, walkers and runners alike, are invited to join the Denver Broncos for the 14th Broncos 7K  on Sunday, September 6. Participants will start at Empower Field at Mile High and head west into the beautiful Sloan's Lake neighborhood. Racers will then head back to Empower Field at Mile High, through the tunnel, and onto the field to finish at the 50-yard line!

9/12/2026 – University of Colorado Football Game   

Join us to kick off the 2026-2027 CU Buff football season as they kickoff! Volunteers will hand out CU Buff items and interact with fans! Come join us to cheer on the Buffs!

10/9/2026 - 10/11/2026 - Chatfield Botanic Gardens Pumpkin Festival   

It’s the best time of year! Celebrate fall at Pumpkin Festival at Chatfield Farms, a treasured October tradition for the entire family. There will be pumpkins, corn mazes, wagon rides, food and drink vendors, carnival games, and more!

10/23/2026 - Foothills Parks and Recreation Bash and Splash 

Boo-rific Bash & Splash is a fun, indoor event for the whole family that includes trick-or-treating, bounce houses and swimming. Kids get to show off their costumes while parents interact with local businesses.

10/23 – 10/25/2026 – Children’s Museum Harvest Hoot   

From Friday, October 23 through Sunday, October 25, the Children’s Museum of Denver at Marsico Campus will transform into a spook-tacular wonderland of fun!

10/23/2026 - 10/25/2026 – Butterfly Pavilion Bug-A-Boo   

Bug-A-Boo has become a Halloween tradition, especially for families with toddlers as well as underserved communities. Butterfly Pavilion's animals are the perfect way to incorporate some learning around Trick-or-Treating while visiting candy stations throughout the facility. Kids will light up when candy is safely dispensed into their pails or bags from a tube disguised as a butterfly proboscis or spider arm! The Bug-A-Boo event will also provide non-candy goodie bags so that all children can enjoy some treats!

10/24/2026 - Town of Erie Boo! On Briggs Street 

Ghouls, ghosts, and witches! Oh my! Enjoy a spook-tacular time with the entire family at our downtown trick-or-treat event. Enter the family costume contest, enjoy music, face painting, and all the fa-boo-lous festivities. There will be plenty of candy to go around.
