October is World Mental Health Month, which means it’s a time to talk more openly about mental health, learn more about it, and support people who might be struggling.
Throughout the month, there are events and activities going on to:
Help people understand mental health better
Make it easier to talk about how we’re really feeling
Support anyone going through a tough time
Push for better mental health care and support
World Mental Health Day is on October 10th, and the theme for 2025 is "Mental Health in Emergencies and Disasters." It’s all about making sure people get the mental health support they need during hard times—like natural disasters, conflicts, or other major life challenges.
Basically, it’s a reminder that mental health matters all the time, especially when life gets overwhelming.
