How teenagers' lack of sleep is taking a toll on their mental health

Research shows that teenagers need eight to ten hours of sleep each night, yet many fall short of that and nearly one in four struggle with insomnia. William Brangham reports on the challenges teens face in getting enough rest and the impact it has on their mental health.
